Integrated Policy

1.1 This privacy policy applies to Serculate AB org. no. 556898-2192, Trollsjövägen 27, 132 46 Stockholm, e-mail: hej@serculate.com, ("Serculate") provides the platform for submitting used items ("Platform"). Merchants ("Merchants") are connected to the Platform.

1.2 To use the Platform, you need to be 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement and be bound by this policy.

1.3 By creating an account and using the Platform, you accept that Serculate collects information about your computer, mobile phone, or other equipment you use to use the Platform.

2. Data that Serculate processes about you

2.1 Serculate collects and processes personal data such as name, telephone number, email, account number, social security number and address. Serculate also uses third-party cookies and other tracking tools.

2.2 Personal data according to point 2.1 is processed so that the services connected to the Platform can be delivered to you. Your personal data is only stored as long as there is a need to fulfill Serculate's commitments in the Platform.

3. Why Serculate processes data about you.

‍

3.1 Serculate processes personal data to ensure that the Platform functions efficiently and fulfill our agreement with you. The data may be used for business follow-up, statistics and method development. The data is also processed so that Traders can carry out sales, commission compensation and other commitments in a sale, which may also require us to contact you.

3.2 Serculate also processes personal data in order to offer you more opportunities to use the Platform. Personal data can be aggregated, segmented and analyzed to provide a more personalized experience to match you with more Traders in the Platform. Serculate and the Platform have a legitimate interest in providing you with a personalized experience of the Platform.

3.3 If you do not want us to contact you for a personalized experience, you can unsubscribe by contacting Serculate via hej@serculate.com

4. Third parties

‍

4.1 Personal data that can be used to identify people, and information that can be used to see that the user has a relationship with Serculate, will be disclosed to Traders in the Platform if the user has actively chosen to start a relationship with the Trader in the Platform

If Serculate has legal requirements or receives requirements from authorities to disclose personal data, this may be done in order to fulfill Serculate's obligations. Personal data may also be processed to prevent or draw attention to security or technical problems and fraud, which are legitimate interests for Serculate to carry out processing.

4.2 Serculate may release personal data to companies that process personal data on Serculate's behalf, i.e. personal data assistants to Serculate. Eg IT Suppliers or suppliers that Serculate brings in to deliver the service to the Platform.

4.3 Your personal data may be transferred to or stored in a country outside the EU/EEA, provided that an adequate level of protection exists or that Serculate and its personal data assistants have taken appropriate protection measures, such as standard clauses or the Privacy Shield framework, see further https://ec. europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection_en. By creating a Sercualte account, the user agrees that the user's personal data is transferred and stored outside the EU/EEA as above.

5 Change of Policy

5.1 Serculate has the right to change this Policy at any time. Serculate must, via the website and contact with users, inform about upcoming changes to the policy within a reasonable time. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate the agreement with Serculate. You terminate the agreement by contacting Serculate.

6. Protection of personal data

6.1 All personal data is protected to ensure that you feel safe providing personal data to Serculate. Serculate takes security measures to protect your personal data.

7. Cookies etc

‍

7.1 The platform and Sercualte's website use cookies and other technologies ("cookies") to function. Cookies are used to make Serculate's platform work and improve the experience for you as a user. If you do not accept Cookies and configure your browser not to accept Cookies, Serculate cannot guarantee that the platform will function correctly.

8. Contact information and your rights

8.1 Serculate is responsible for personal data and is responsible for personal data being handled in accordance with current legislation.

8.2 You have the right, according to applicable law, to request access to and correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of personal data processing concerning you, to object to personal data processing, and to data portability. You are entitled to this free of charge. In the event of unfounded or unreasonable requests (e.g. because they are made repetitively), Serculate may charge an administrative fee - in such a case, you will be notified of this in advance. Serculate will normally respond to your request within one (1) month of receipt, requests are made via gdpr@serculate.com.
